Our all-day workshop ‘Stepping into Marriage’ is designed to help you avoid the pitfalls and deal with the difficulties a marriage can bring. You also get the chance to meet other couples going through the same stresses, strains and sense of anticipation as you. Plus a chance to look at the future and plan what we hope will be the longest honeymoon in history! |

| First we look beyond the wedding day, delve into the marriage relationship and discuss the art of problem solving. Many arguments can arise during a relationship. How do you deal with them? We discuss listening skills, the demands made by your close family which can cause problems and very importantly, how to get on with your in-laws. It’s all about successful communication, so communication skills get a high priority.
Naturally we discuss the Jewish aspects of marriage, Jewish attitudes to sex and aspects of keeping kosher and the Jewish holidays. |

| This course is extremely flexible, drawing on the experiences of the couples present. Informality is the rule not the exception and we expect the course to be fun and interactive. By the end of the course we hope you will feel stimulated and motivated and you will also have made new friends, couples at exactly the same stage of life as you. |
